Returns and refunds

Delayed shipping :

• You will be notified by email. You can then cancel your order. Your account will not be debited before the goods are sent.

Delayed delivery :

• In this case you can also cancel your order. If your parcel arrives after cancelling it, the cancellation is still valid. You should email us or send a letter to request a refund. The postal costs will be covered by Cadeaux et jouets and we will refund you once we've received the goods at our company premises.

• To receive a full refund goods must be returned intact and in their original state.

• You can track the shipping of your parcel by using your special order ID number and you can also call the customer service if you have any questions.

• State of goods received  - if you receive goods that are damaged you need to inform the shipping company and Cadeaux et jouets within 3 days of receiving the goods. If for example the parcel is :
  
  
  • Dammaged
  • Open

• If all conditions as stated above are satisfied you thus are entitled to a full refund.

Legal warranty :

• If you receive a defective product or a product that you did not order you can choose either to exchange the product in question or to be refunded.

• You can call us at +33 (0) 2 98 73 09 45 fom Mon. to Fri. between 12pm and 2pm (GMT) or email us.

• The products should be returned to us in the state that you received them will all parts included (accessories, packaging, manuals etc.)

Returns :

• If you're not satisfied with your purchase you can return the goods and receive a refund as long as it is within 15 days of making the order.

• You will however not be refunded for the delivery costs of the original order. All returns should be sent to :

• Legally to be entitiled to a refund all goods have to be sent in their original undammaged state with all parts included and a copy of the order invoice. Goods that have been damaged by the customer or that have missing parts will not be accepted for refund.

• Once Cadeaux et jouets has received the goods we will refund you.
